Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Andrew Cheng, who operates Lyphe Club ("Lyphe", "we"). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Contact: join@lyphe.club.

Who can use Lyphe

You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for your account and for what happens under it.

Test software

Lyphe is in testing. Features may change or be removed, data may occasionally be reset, and the app may have bugs.

App blocking

Lyphe Mode uses Apple's Screen Time features to limit access to apps you choose. It is a tool for your own use, not a safety or parental control product, and it can be turned off. Keep the apps you may need in an emergency, such as Phone and Messages, available. Never rely on Lyphe in an emergency.

Your content

You own what you post. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you choose, so that the app can work. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.

Rules

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, or bully anyone;
• post sexual content, hate speech, violence, or anything illegal;
• post content involving minors in any sexual or exploitative way;
• impersonate others or share other people's private information;
• cheat, use fake or multiple accounts, automate the app, or tamper with time, coins or ranks;
• attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

You can report or block any person or content in the app. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Coins, ranks and items

Coins, ranks, streaks and items are earned by using the app. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, or transferred, and are not your property. We may change how they are earned, their prices, or balances, including to correct errors or cheating.

Ending your use

You can stop using Lyphe and delete your account at any time in settings. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or puts others at risk.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that blocking will work on every device or in every situation.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to 50 US dollars.

Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple's standard licensed application terms also apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant we will tell you in the app, and continuing to use it means you accept them.
